Shipping charges

• Standard cash-on-delivery shipping: PKR 350.
• Bank-transfer orders currently show free shipping at checkout.

The final shipping amount shown in checkout controls for that order. Remote-area, oversized device or specialist handling costs must be confirmed before payment if they are not represented in the standard ecommerce checkout.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Delivery timing depends on stock confirmation, destination, courier operations and any product-specific handling requirements. Contact NEES Medical before ordering if a particular delivery date is important; no universal delivery-time promise is made on this page.

Damaged, incorrect or questionable items

Contact the team promptly and keep the item, outer packaging and shipping label. Provide the order number plus clear photographs or video of the package, seal, batch/lot details, expiry and the issue. Do not use a product if its seal, temperature history, packaging or identity appears compromised.

Return authorization and eligibility

Contact NEES Medical and obtain confirmation before sending any item back. Return, replacement or refund eligibility is assessed against the order record, product condition, reason for return and any hygiene, safety, storage or legal constraint. Opened, used, tampered, temperature-sensitive or professional clinical products may be ineligible when their integrity and safe resale cannot be established.

This page does not publish a blanket return window because the applicable path can differ by product type. Ask the team to confirm eligibility for the specific item before purchase when returnability is material to your decision.
